Leadership

Smoke is led by Tabitha Fairbairn, an experienced strategist and communications leader who shapes and drives communications programs for emerging and established brands. 

Smoke was built for a world where technology drives the consumer mindset at pace. The agency uses AI tools to support its quest to engineer earned attention, sharpen strategy and move at speed with culture. 

At Smoke Tabitha leads strategy and narrative development, helping brands sharpen their point of view and show up with authority and intent. 

Her work has been recognised at major global and regional award shows including Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Spikes Asia, the Effies, and CommsCon, reflecting her ability to to blend creativity with strategic and behavioural impact.
